Hillary Clinton came to Marshalltown last Monday and spoke on the Courthouse Square. The Marshalltown Times Republican covered the event and in Tuesday’s edition ran a story on the front page. However, above the fold was a picture of three anti-abortion protesters that took up almost half the front page and below the fold was a small picture of Hillary Clinton and the story about Hillary’s event. The story included no mention of the protesters.

I know the people at the Times Republican might not agree with everything Clinton says, but did you really need to highlight the sideshow instead of covering the big news in town that day.
